***Monday CAR*** Snow day in the south!

Argh.

I am on the wrong path again. Well here it is for better or worse

Bacon
Faux French Toast (6)
Dark chocolate (10)
Chicken Salad (15)
Sausage Little Smokies
Boiled eggs~2
Atkins bar (3 net)
Flourless PB cookies (15)
Mini Babybel cheese
Chili with cheese and sourcream (2)
Corn chips in the chili (15)
That is 66 so far. I will try really hard to keep it under 75 for the day.

Real excited today lost 8 pounds in the last 13 days . It makes me want to keep going
thanks all for the great food ideas you have  posted it really is making it easier

 Becky, I was in the same path as you.  We received the high end of the snow here in the Sandhills!

It was a snow day at home for me, travel was not possible most of the day. and ice is predicted this evening to top the approximately 4-6 inches of snow we received.

3 cheese sticks
2 deviled egg halves
Protein drink made with almond milk
grilled chicken on top of a green salad w/ranch dressing
Protein drink made with almond milk
shrimp ****tail and garden peas.

several coffees w/ RTD protein drink as creamer and bottled water.

If I keep eating my way through being snowed in I will gain back what I lost last week. I'll be snowed in until the end of the week or longer.

I hope you can get out tomorrow.

Monday:

- cheese (2)
- Atkins bar (22 - 10)
- leftover bbq country ribs with cauliflower and cheese (10.8 - .7)
- protein shake (4 - .5)
- teriyaki pork sirloin (6)
- bbq almonds (12 - 6)

Totals:
55g total carbs (38g net carbs), comprising 9.68% of my daily calories (142g/24.99% protein, 165g/65.33% fat).

For me, more carbs than usual, but I was SLAMMED at work, so my schedule was a bit off, and then I heard some very frustrating things that led me want to just give it all up and dive into a half gallon of ice cream (luckily, there isn't any in the house).

I was scouring your list, Becky, to see what was so awfully wrong, but frankly some dark chocolate and a few corn chips aren't really so bad!   I mean, I remember a time when I finished off half a large pan of frosted brownies, then went to the store for more brownie mix and canned frosting, made up the whole batch, and ate half the pan so that no one would know what I had done!

Bit of chocolate and a few corn chips ... you can be right back on track with your next bite!


Today I had:

B:  two poached eggs with hollandaise
S:  atkins drink as coffee creamer, wet up a new pot at work so I'm happy
L:  cheddar cheese and sugarless cole-slaw
S:  peanuts and soy beans, then TJs pub cheese with red pepper
D:  sloppy joe meat

Not that interesting, but so it goes!

calories - 931
protein - 82
carbs - 20

I wanted to chase carbs today but calorie loaded with protein instead.  The first few days are always more difficult for me as I begin the detox process.  Also my first day with no caffeine after indulging for the last 2 weeks of vacation.
