Hello Becky & Everyone!

Yay! I'm early for a change!

I wi**** was 46! I think it was in the 30's up here in Maine with a lot of wind so it feels very cold!

B: Two eggs w/ cheddar sauteed in butter
S: handful of peanuts
L: egg salad, celery, laughing cow cheese
D: pork ribs, spaghetti squash w/ butter (I haven't eaten it yet. It's still cooking and smells sooo good and I am hungry!!!)

Have a great night everyone!
Peace & Love, Donna K.

I'm laughing at you Donna. The 46 was my carb count not the temperature HAHA. It is cold cold cold here and we are waiting for a huge snow "event" tonight and tomorrow with too much of that damn stuff. The deep south (Georgia, South Carolina, and Alabama) are gearing up for snow and ice too.

It never got over freezing today and won't till the end of the week. I hate the winters here and they are even worse since I got so skinny!!!

LOL!! Oops! I think the weather was on when I read your post. Or maybe it's the effects of winter weather on my brain!! How far isHenderson from Chapel Hill? I lived there for four years in the 90's. I graduated from Meredith College in Raleigh. I haven't been back since I left in 1997. Time flies!
Peace & Love, Donna K.

H'ville is about 4.5 hours from Hillsborough (next to Chapel Hill). I go there a lot to show dogs in Durham. My ex BF lives in Hillsborough and I stay with him.

But now I am moving to Alabama so I guess that is over.

And they are actually expecting WORSE weather in Alabama than we are expecting here this week. I think there may be a message in that, but I'm not listening.

Good luck with your move! Guess you just can't get away from winter weather! Come to Maine for a visit and you'll feel better about where you live - LOL!!

Another very low carb day for you. You prove that you *can* eat out and eat great food and stay very low carb!

Oh, totally. I can eat out every day and still stay low in carbs without issue. It's just been so cold out lately that I don't want to go out for dinner once I get home from work!
