Thanks for the recipe, Becky.  I will purchase some of the cheese next time I get to the store.  I love cheese in all flavors.  One of my favorite is the frying cheese at Trader Joe's.

I hope my avatar brings good memories of your friend and no sadness.

Thanks again.

You need to look for queso blanco or queso para freir. Some have said queso fresco works as well, but I can't attest to that since I've never bought it. Queso blanco is nice and cheap at Costco ($6.something for 2 big blocks).

That sounds cheaper than I get it at Sam's. I pay about $10 for one big block.

I love this stuff. It has changed my life. I tried the fresco with bad results.

Good job!! Did you have the RnY?

My signature shows my loss. It is current.

VSG, 22/02/10. Went in for the RnY but my anatomy wouldn't support it so I had the vsg as the viable alternative.  No dumping etc, slower weight loss and slower to resolve the diabetes but excellent!
