Hey Lee..
So far so good..Wednesday, was a pretty tough day as I stayed with my Gram in a Care Home most of the day, so that had me eating out of a snack machine..You know what the numbers must have added up too...I didn't even try to keep track..!
How are you doing, today..? And yes, the cravings are tough for sure..but I know WE can make it..WE have to keep our eyes on the end results...(That is easier said than done, SOMETIMES..!)
Blessings..!

Hi Cyndy,
It sounds like you did the best you could on Wednesday, given the situation. What can you do differently the next time you visit so that you come away feeling better about your choices? I always have a high fiber protein bar in my car in case I get stuck. I know those 250 calories will take care of me until I can get to my next meal. My office has protein powder, protein bars for emergency, ostrim nuggets and I keep string cheese, frozen shrimp and frozen chicken patties in the fridge so that I won't ever be left without choices. I try to use all situations as a learning experience. My Weigh****cher leader reminds us weekly that we always have a choice about what we eat.
Have a great weekend!
