Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss

I got super busy today at work, so food took a back seat...
- 6 slices Cracker Barrel cheese (2)
- protein hot chocolate w/coconut oil (7.3 - 1)
- cinnamon and cocoa roasted almonds (12 - 6)
- crock pot boneless country style ribs in bbq sauce (half Walden Farms, half Kraft light original) over mushed up cauliflower and topped with shredded cheddar (6.9 - .7)
Totals:
28g total carbs (20g net carbs), comprising 5.97% of my calories for the day.
If I get a hankering later, I might have a protein shake or some more cheese, but that's only if I don't fall asleep on the couch shortly (I'm so tired!).

I ended up having an Atkins bar after we took a trip to Target (at least that kept me awake!). I eat them sparingly, but I just wanted something EASY since I was tired. My scale and my blood glucose meter this morning don't seem to mind it...
