I read that most cured meats are cured with sugar .I didn't even think of that, So most of the meats I have been eating are stuff you are not suppose to eat on induction. You are suppose to stay away from sugar, The meat said 0 carb so I really didn't think about it. I really need to find something to make gravy out of besides flour. With the lap band it gets difficult to eat meat when it is dry so trying to find some way to make a gravy any Ideas ? guess I can make it with cream just don't thicken

I've looked for hollandaise at the grocery store more than once, and I can't find it. Do you make your own, or what section of the store is it usually in?
