I keep hearing about the probiotic benefits of saurkraut -- What do you think, is it true?

Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

Wow, I have NO idea. I just had sauerkraut for the first time ever this past weekend, so I'm not exactly an expert  :P

Decided for at least the month of January I'm only getting on the scale on Fridays....I'm going nuts because Friday seems to be taking longer then usual to get here

B:  Premier Protein Shake (5)
S:  Cake Pop; Coffee (NOT sure giving it 15)
L:  4oz Turkey Tail; 1/2 cup Greens (4)
S:  Apple Slices (24)
D:  4-5oz Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast; Salad (9)
S:  ??

Doing good after the Cake Pop (basically cake "lollipop) incident but overall still GREAT.

Good job! And good for managing the scale and not letting it manage you!
