I don't want to distract any of you from enjoying THIS group, but it turns out that one of our group members has created a group just to collect LOW CARB RECIPES, and since she is so gracious that she hasn't said anything herself, I'm posting a link to it here:

Omigosh, omigosh, omigosh, I can't wait to try out some of these.  Like the French Toast made with ricotta, to begin with!  (May have to break down and buy some SF syrup to go with that)
