PLAN FOR SUCCESS! What will you eat at work on Monday?!?!

Simply answer the butt of the turkey.  It can usually be found only around the holidays in the meat section where you would find like turkey necks etc.  I used them to season my greens and they are about 3-4oz in weight.

Ohhh ... gosh, I didn't know there was any meat in that at all!  All these years I've just thrown it away!  What a waste

My uncle just asked for soup made with chicken feet, and I didn't know they sold those, either!  Now I gotta go find me some!

You are killing me.  I wouldn't have known either but my mother was a down south girl and I just don't think the chicken feet have much meat but those turkey tails do.
