I did not track for the last couple days but I am on it today.  Started out with pork skins and full fat cream sheese mixed with smart balance light and herbs for breakfast.  2g carbs from the cream cheese.

I'm doing a modified version of the atkins fat fast.  The rest of the day will look pretty similar.  Small amounts of high fat foods like macadamia nuts, cream cheese, pate, etc. and low cal for the day.  I have difficulty getting into ketosis so this austere plan should help me kick in the ketones so I can flow into induction.
