Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Welcome to lo-CARb (Carb Accountability Roundup) !!!
I'm going to be hosting or starting this thread every day so that we all have a place to list our daily eats/carbs whatever.
Feel free to post anyway you like. Whatever is helpful to you is what you should post.
This may also give us all a chance to see what low carb choices other people are making. I know I am always on the lookout for easy to fix low carb foods. So I'll enjoy reading your foods and stealing ideas!!
So I'll start:
Bacon
Fried Cheese
4 Flourless PB cookies throughout the day (12 carbs)
2 protein shakes (22)
Polska sausage
Rotisserie Chicken
3 cheese sticks (3)
shrimp ****tail with ****tail sauce (10)
So far today I've had 47 carbs. I'll probably have popcorn loaded with butter later on. I need the butter to stay regular.

cheddar cheese (1)
2 laughing cow cheeses (2 carbs)
hard salami
chicken will have for dinner added green chili monteray jack cheese (1)
cauliflower (1)
today I have had a total of 8 carbs

First of all, Becky -- Thank you! You're also a genius at coming up with names, and we all appreciate you doing this!!!
Today:
3 cups of Senseo capuccino with full cream
Onion-infused Stilton (2 gm carb)
3 poached eggs smothered with hollandaise (my personal favorite) (3 gm carb)
A chilled Atkins shake (2 gm carb)
Some extremely thinly sliced roastbeef .... Mmmmmmmmm
Dinner will be Thai Peanut Chicken prepared in my brand new pressure cooker -- chicken cooked in Coconut Milk with peanut flour and onions and ginger. And steamed asparagus (2 gm on the asparagus, and certainly less than 10 on the Thai chicken as long as I sweeten it artificially).
I'll probably be filling in with Splenda-sweetened tea

coffee with half & half & equal
snack: 100 cal. pak of natural almonds
Lunch: tilapia filet topped with lobster & shrimp (come frozen at BJ's wholesale store)
dinner: Ham & corned beef with cabbage
snack: small single serve pack of peanuts (5 carbs)
I started eating low carb after the VSG because my weigh tloss had stalled. It's really working!
dropped over 4 lbs. this week alone. With weightl oss like that it makes skipping the extra carbs much easier!! I did sneak in a glass of sweet white wine last night for New Years Eve with no apparent problem or gain :))
