Kicking carbs to the curb

I'm 15 months out from my DS and I have gained 6 lbs since my lowest weight. I'm still well within normal BMI and well below my surgeon's goal for me, but I have had a small gain for the last 2 months and it is time for that gaining to STOP.

So I am kicking the carbs to the curb.

Do you have a daily accountability thread here where we can list our foods for the day?

Does anyone know how many carbs are in Paula Deans's flourless PB cookies?

Becky, do you use an online food tracker?  I use SparkPeople, which has a feature where you can enter the ingredients for any recipe, plus the yield, and it'll give nutritional stats per serving (or per cookie, in this case).  If you want, you can list the ingredients here, and how many cookies it makes, and I can calc for you.

I like fatsecret.com because it works with most smart phones (still free).  Also, the database is really accurate.  Some trackers have a lot of garbage entries.
