Stanky Induction Breath -- Good Grief!

My dear, handsome, brilliant husband said, last night:  "Your diet must be working, because your breath is really pretty bad."

What can I say.  The man is a scientist, he tends to call it as he sees it (or smells it, in this case).  He's a good husband, a fabulous husband even -- He followed it up by saying, "Of course, you're still absolutely kissable" (which is sort of what he meant, because I can't imagine anything at all that would impede is drive).  BUT ....

Holy moley, my breath really does stink.   Now even the kids are noticing it.  The dog walked into my office, and then walked straight out.

I need help!  What do you do when your breath smells like you're rotting from the inside out!  I had this problem immediately after WLS, and it continued for months.  I was afraid to eat a lot of sugar-free mints because the sugar-alcohols (xylitol, etc.) would give me diarrhea.

Any suggestions?  Because my husband still wants to "do" me, but I think I might have to gargle with a gallon of mouthwash first just to save my dignity.

Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

LOL - I'd say "Sweetie - that's just the sacrifices we have to make for me to have and keep the sexy body you've learned to love so much" - but otherwise, yes, perhaps a little mouthwash, brush your teeth a few times a day, including the gums...

I am SO looking forward to having the skanky breath again!  LOL - I know my efforts are working then!!
