I busted up @ "stanky cheddah" -- WE L"OVE" us some stanky cheddah at our house!
Interested in low-carb nutrition?  Thinking of trying Atkins? Want to try high-fat and/or high-protein eating?  Whether or not you have had (or are thinking about) WLS   http://www.obesityhelp.com/group/atkins/

Popeye Pie looks SO good. How easy is that? It also gives me great ideas for switching up flavors. I'm going to make these.

I love breakfast casseroles. I like to make them in my big lasagna pan and then cut it up into portions, so they are ready to go for work, etc. My favorite is Spinach-Sausage Egg Bake found on this website: http://www.5daypouchtest.com/recipes/breakfast_bakes.html. It is SO good. That's one of Kaye Bailey's websites. She has a lot of good recipes posted on her Living After Weight Loss Surgery Website and I have a couple of her cookbooks. They are all geared toward people who had WLS and are high protein/either low carb or lower good carb. Here's a link to all the ones on her website: http://www.livingafterwls.com/Recipes.html.

A strong woman is one who feels deeply and loves fiercely. Her tears flow just as abundantly as her laughter. A strong woman is both soft and powerful. She is both practical and spiritual. A strong woman in her essence is a gift to all the world.

Growing up, mama would be corn and green beans in there too sometimes (when it needed to hold us over for more days :} ) but I love it!  I love smelling it reheating in the morning!

Thanks for those websites!

My breakfast these days is bacon and fried Queso Blanco. I usually just fry it in my bacon grease, but for a treat I fry it in butter, sprinkle with splenda and dip in SF syrup. Tastes like French Toast.
