Atkins and Low Carb Weight Loss
Great to see this new forum!!!
Welcome! I'm so glad you're here!
Look, it took me a long time to swallow my pride and realize that truthfully, my surgery itself was not going to take me exactly where I need to go. And I had a longer "honeymoon," post-op, than most (mine was three years). But I can clearly see -- and FEEL -- that if I don't adjust my eating, and if I can't be willing to KEEP re-adjusting my eating, then I could wind up exactly where I started.
So I congratulate you for your self-honesty! All of us deserve a big 'ole pat on the back, and a giant hug, for being unwilling to accept the way things are -- and having the courage to decide that the unsatisfactory things in our lives absolutely do not have to remain as they are.
