Hello to all....
     I just wanted to see how everyone is doing. This board is very quite...Really would love to hear form all of you.  We are in to month 11 post op.  I can not believe that the time has gone by so fast,  i am struggle to get to the century club by my 1 yr anniversary... I really need to hit the gym harder.  If anyone else has figured out how to keep losing at a nice rate this far out, please share the details.

Hi I am doing great and I actually wanted to be at 150 but when I hit that weight I still feel fat. Im short 5 1 so I want to lose more. But my husband doesnt want me a skinny pole either. I guess I am just sort of having a hard time because I see people around me that the rouen y gastric bypass and they have passed me in weight loss and look thin. I am also saving some money for a mini tummy tuck and breast lift. I do need to workout probably to lose the last 9 more pounds. Have you or anyone went back to liquids for a few days to help start wight loss again. Mine has slowed a ton.

I have seen my weigh loss slow also.  I still want to lose 30 more before plastics.  I'm hoping to get my plastics in the fall.  I have been having a hard time with head hunger.  Most days I dont eat enough.  
I feel like you.  Sometimes I see the pics of others and I feel like they are losing faster than me.  I took all my pictures off of OH, when the whole FB stuff happend.  I'm thinking about putting them back up, so that I can see them and remember how far I have come. 
I think I may go back on shakes for a few days....maybe it will help both of us. I wish I was at 150.  I have been stuck at 170 for almost 2 months...It is really driving me nuts.  I just want to hit the Century Club soooo badly.

Another friend told me when she stalled with her weight loss she would do shakes for 3 days and it would restart her loss again. I am thinking of starting that tmr so I will let you know how it goes
