how is everyone? eating?

Just curious to what everyone is eating or excercising? And how has it been so far? I can pretty much eat anything but try to low carb. I was on vacation for 3 weeks so I didnt excercise much but I am starting again tonight! Do u guys do protein bars? if so what kind? I havent tried bar yet but I still try to do 1 shake a day

I eat whatever I want. I try most days to eat healthy but I am losing weight slow and steady no matter what I eat. I eat alot of meat-mostly chicken. I work long hours and not time or energy to cook so I am embarrassed to say I eat chips frequently. Jerky is also a staple for me. Protein shakes make me nauceous for an hour afterward so I dont drink them often because I never have an hour of free time to be sick. I am down a little over 50 lbs in 4 mos. I know I'd lose way more if I'd eat right but as long as I'm losing I can live with it. If and when I ever stop losing then I will make more of an effort to eat right. I exercise to the extent of living life like on vacation I walk and explore alot or I try to hit the beach once a month and I swim frequently because its hot where I live-but as for the gym-I havent made it there in 2 months. Wish I could say I am one of the disciplined warriers on here that diet & exercise faithfully but I'm just not. What the sleeve has done for me is make me able to control myself. I am seldom actually hungry and I get full with small amounts. I dont feel like a pig anymore. I fit in. I love my life. I feel healthy. I wear more normal clothes and actually share/trade some clothes with my 15 and 22 year old daughters. Feels great to be on a camping trip and be out of clothes and ask if someone has something I can borrow and it fits! I feel really good about myself and would do the VSG surgery every year if it would mean I could have this life forever.
