Today I ate a small portion of tilapia that I pan fried and added some cream of chicken soup.  It was absolutely delicious.  It's the most satisfied I've been all along.  I really also enjoyed a peach Gladiator from Smoothie King (made just for bariatric patients - 180 cals + 45 gms protein) today for lunch.

This has been THE best day so far where food is concerned.  I have really missed feeling satisfied.

I'm also liking chicken salad that I partially pureed.   Can't wait until next Monday when I begin to incorporate regular foods (but keep the meat wet).  I think I'll do thin tilapia and chicken salad for the remainder of the week because these two things were simply delicious and satisfying.

A spoon of peanut butter in my chocolate protein shake or 1/2 teaspoon mint or 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon have really spruced up those shakes.  Everything I've tried so far with the vanilla has been too sweet.  If someone has recommendations, please let me know.

I just had an icee where I pureed 1 strawberry (strained) and 2 peach slices along with ice and wow, was that great.

I've also lost 2 lbs since Friday (my scale hadn't moved in 12 days prior to that so I pray that this continues for a few lbs at least).

Overall, I'm doing great :)

This morning I had a shake with 48 grams of protein.

Lunch Philly Cheese steak just the meat, mushroom and cheese in tiny pieces. Maybe 1/8 cup and used ranch to help it down.

Dinner same as lunch.

Struggling getting my water in.

Usually I'll snack on salami and cheese, but only like 2 small pieces.

Thus far today I've had 1 Chocolate Premier Protein shake, 1 bottle of grape Isopure, 2 oz of chocolate pudding, 3 oz of chocolate/vanilla pudding, and 2 oz of greek yogurt mixed with light yogurt. I haven't been too big on broths and soups so far, so I've been sticking with pudding and yogurt!

I should be moving to pureed food tomorrow, and I fully plan on getting Wendy's chili and making the ricotta bake as well!

I'm supposed to be on mushies but when I kept messing up my food processor (ninja) I decided I could just as well chew each bite to liquid then swallow.
Today I had:
2 Salmon Stuffed Eggs
3 oz. Chicken Salad
1.3 hotdog with cheese

No problem getting water in, don't like anything else. Will probably have my EAS chocolate protein shake, the only one I can tolerate: has 20 g. protein and 20 g. carbs but I have only had 27 g. of protein so far.

Spread the word if you live in GA, I am beginning a new support group in Peachtree City,

Oh good, A foodie question!

Salmon stuffed eggs??? Sounds yummmy? Care to share the recipe?

I been enjoying egg salad with chopped capers or avocado. I cut the avocado into it as a serve it so it doesn't turn brown. Or with Capers or with red lumpfish caviar. (Uh-Oh, is my foodie-self showing-LOL).

Also, soft taco with black beans and goat cheese from Gourmet store....made sour cream & salsa verde dip.

Scrambled egg with Smoked salmon and dill sauce (Creamy dill sauce I get at Whole Foods). Or fried egg w/1/4 cup or less of chili.

Skinny Cow single 50 calorie Fudgesicle for desserts.

Love cottage cheese and lite (triangular) tricuits, too. Even if I only get to chew 3 or 4 per serving with 1/2 a snack pack of CC.

Chew everything well. Use Olive Oil Mayo. Add Dijon mustard first to egg and tuna salads, then wet the rest of the way with OOMayo.

Love a few Marcona Almonds with my shakes. Keep them in ca for when I get hungry or feel I need to eat something. Usually 5 or 6 enough.

Partial to hospital recommended Unjury Shakes. Use coconut, almond, coffee, orange, or banana extracts depending on my mood. Love the Vanilla with a cold cup of Decaf and some extra Coffee extract to make a Latte Protein Shake.

Ordered Sashimi for the first time: ate a little at the restaurant and took the rest home. Diced the tuna, salmon, & yellowtail, radish (dikon), and ginger up with avocado, mirin and soy sauce and made a little sashimi salad that I ate for dinner that day and lunch and dinner the next day. Knew I would need to have it finished by the end of the following day to keep it fresh and safe to eat. It was fabulous!

Gonna open a thing of crab meat this week.

Mind you only getting in 2 oz of food at a time. But trying to keep it interesting.

Bon petitte appetite!
