Thank you very much. I feel really great and have come to understand alot about me and my body through this journey. Sometimes it is tough to face, but in the end any revelation about myself, makes me stronger. It is a personal journey and having all the wonderful support has been great. I guess in a way, I want to be able to extend that support to as many folks as I can. That's why I decided to give the support group a shot and see if it can help folks. Tell everyone!

Many folks ask about a support group in Plattsburgh. I have heard vague references to one, but honestly don't know much about it. If enough folks need/want to get together. I will see about arranging a place and time to meet..say once a month. Please either send me a message here or Email me at [email protected]. Information exchange and experiences shared can help a lot.
