 Hey John!

The Dr's & Staff at AMC are wonderful aren't they???

I'm one year out (today) and am now in a size 8 jeans! (down from a 22ish)

This is my own opinion, But anyone that is thinking of going to Adirondack Medical Center, you will NOT regret it. I started at 343lbs and as of this morning the scales say 178lbs. The Dr's and staff at AMC are the best.

Well John, the calendar says spring is here but you can't tell it at my house. The high today was 43...brrrr....

I wish I was swatting at black flies instead of freezing every time I go outside.

Thanks Jan, its nice to know that the Plattsburgh meetings are fulfilling expectations for support. I am hoping that we continue to grow and are able to help even more people succeed.

love the fact that you've named this thread "No Judgement Zone". This is exactly how I felt meeting the people at the Plattsburgh meeting. It was wonderful to have the support as I went through the surgery and adjusted to my new way of eating. I am convinced success needs to include support, both online and in person.
