Instantized? protein powders?

Hi all,

I'm looking at different protein powders, trying to find one I'd like to try and I came across Optimum Nutrition's Any Whey, but it includes the word Instantized on the label.  I looked that up and it relates to (what seems obvious, probably), the process of making dairy products into an "instant" product that can be easily reconstituted.

My question is, is this okay for post-bariatric surgery?  None of the other formulas that I've looked at have mentioned that, but I assume they are still instant...any info, or suggestions?  (Or reassurances...)

The post-op patients get 'Unjury' in the hospital.  You can do some research on it by going to unjury.com.  We suggest the unflavored kind.

Dont hessitate to call the office if you are looking for anything else.
