Hello!

This is your group.  Let's get some ideas for topics that you would like to discuss...
For example: What is your indoor exercise plan?  What do you like to do outdoors in the winter?  If you are traveling, what are some tips for eating on the road?

Please let me know what you would like to discuss.

Hope everyone is well.

When I am at home I like to use the Wii Fit. It offers a wide variety of exercises at low body stress values. I usually do about thirty minutes of Aerobic exercises and about 10 minutes of balance and stretching with Yoga.

When I eat on the run or out with friends I try to find the lowest fat products I can. I remove some extra carbs where i can (half the bun on a grilled chicken sandwich for instance) never fries, and definatley diet drinks. My friends and family will usually ask me where I would have the best choices of food when we pick restaurants and when making wise choices I can eat just about anywhere. The drinks part is easy becasue not drinking with my meal removes that choice, but when we do stop for just a drink and I have had my hydration, I get a nice diet Mt. Dew. (I still like my caffeine). :)
