OK.  The Holidays are over-how'd you do?

If you "fell off the wagon" tell us how/why and what you're doing to get back on track.  If you feel you did pretty well also share your strategy so others can benefit.

Happy New Year

Like many folks I had more food during the holiday than usual, but I also moderated the amount so it didnt add to my weight. I focus all the time on positive choices for food and have worked so hard to get where I am that I have the tools in place for a little....little bit of excess when it is "necessary" :)   During the holidays, which I have more of then most becasue I am Heathen, I try to moderate my carbs to minimal level during my meals so that i have some extra calories for goodies. I am not talking sugary sweets or anything, cuz nobody wants/likes dumping syndrome, but i am talking about an extra deviled egg or some stuffing or a little more macaroni salad. I still dont eat to extremes and I will have some bites here and there between meals, but in the end my calories are acceptable and I wasn't over doing it for days, just a couple hours during the festivities. :)
