Gastric Bypass Support Group Southern Charmers

Support group for all post, pre-op, or just researching surgery. And for all types of surgery weight-loss.

This will be an open support group for pre-op and post-op WLS patients and their supporters. Meetings will be held twice monthly, based on the best day/time consensus of the group members that respond. Hopefully we'll be meeting once a month on a weekeday evening and once a month on a Saturday a.m. I would like to hear from prospective members and see where would be the most convenient place...

Our OH Group is all about the upcoming Atlanta OH Event 2009.  This will be our place to hang out and get to know each other even before the fun starts at the Atlanta Event.

We provide support for pre ops and post ops regarding weight loss surgery. We provide literature and attempt to educate those on WLS issues. We take pictures, provide restaurant cards, sometimes have a clothes swap and sometimes we have guest speakers. We have round table discussion and always have a blast at our meetings.

Whether you're pre op, post op, friend or family....come on by and talk to us.  We don't have all the answers but we'll surely help in any way we can.  And, we're happy to do it.
