The name Ladies of Challenge comes from the fact that we are ladies of all different ages. I know and understand the struggle that comes with obesity.  Before, I had surgery in August 2005. I have been on my journey fours now. I am proud to be a part of Obesity Help.  I wanted to give back to Obesity Help for helping me with all the questions I had and answers I got from the organization.

We are bariatric allied health professionals working hard to advance the health and quality of life of individuals and families experiencing obesity and to promote best proactices of holistic nursing care for Bariatric patients and their families.

This group is to facilitate support, education and community for those interested or involved WLS at Saint-Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, MO

I am looking forward to meeting all of my new friends. Hopefully we will chat soon.

The Bariatric Buddy support group is a safe place for the bariatric population or those considering bariatric surgery, to go for weight loss surgery support, acceptance, understanding, encouragement, empowerment and information. Not to mention some great new friends!
