We are seeking long-term commitment, support and immersion to help our weight-loss efforts

it's like a 2nd family that you can share your up's and down's and get the support by others to help you if you don't feel like you can get your protein, or water they are their to help you with any questions you might have.

This group is open to men and women who have had or are having WLS. It is also open to those that just want more information. What is said in the group, stays in the group. This group will explore the three aspects of success with WLS and maintenance of wellness - nutrition, emotional/spiritual work, and fitness. With special interest in physical work including the martial arts to find our inner strength and challenge our assumptions about ourselves.

Our OH Group is all about the upcoming Seattle OH Event 2009.  This will be our place to hang out and get to know each other even before the fun starts at the Seattle Event.

Support, and social events for people going through the process of having surgery. You can be at any stage: investigating your options; pre-surgery, or post-surgery. We are a group for people that have undergone any kind of weight loss surgery. We also welcome anyone that is considering surgery too. We welcome men, women, older patients, younger patients, anyone who is looking for support in their Weight Loss journey.
