We are a group of WLS men and ladies. Getting together as a group for a cruise. This event will have three to 4 meeting. A welcome get together and a Farewell party. We are also planning group water fitness class, morning walks, evening running groups and much much more.

These subcultures are generally built around junk food, and having a place to go to help break that mold is important. A place to ask for help, post healthy recipes, talk about your latest hobby, whatever you want! The more the merrier!

A group for Calgarians who have had WLS and need local support and the opportunity to meet in person for coffee/water/protein shake
