We usually have a monthly topic and/or guest speaker. We post our topics on our yahoo groups under a yahoo group called stevenswlsgroup. We sample healthy vitamins, supplement and snacks. This group is made up primarily of Kaiser patients who had surgery through Pacific Bariatrics in San Diego.  All weight loss patients are welcome to join us.  Our goal is to help each other be successful before and after surgery.
