A group who meets to support one another in our weight loss journey.

The group is hosted by a Registered, Licensed Dietitian and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience in supporting dietary and lifestyle change.

we have a meeting on may 1st at 7 pm to determine our group name and regular meeting times.

Living in the North end has been rough, with the closest support group being in Edmonds. This group is designed to give people from Marysville, Everett, Snohomish, Monroe, Lake Stevens, Arlington and the greater Snohomish County a place to talk and listen, to share and support. It is our goal to create a safe and fun environment for you to get information, compassion and support.
