Support Group Meetings are held the second Friday of each month at 6:00pm at 600 Tracy Way, Northgate Business Park, Charleston, WV.  Our door is always open to anyone.  All are welcome.

This group will explore the three aspects of success with WLS and maintenance of wellness - nutrition, emotional/spiritual work, and fitness. With special interest in physical work including the martial arts to find our inner strength and challenge our assumptions about ourselves.

This group is open to men and women who have had or are having WLS. It is also open to those that just want more information. What is said in the group, stays in the group.
