This group of people who are at least a year out of WLS meet monthly to discuss issues they are having continuing to lose weight, maintain the weight they have lost, or who are struggling with weight regain. Emphasis is on support and friendship.

We are an expanding group in the St. Catharines area. We currently have about 10 members and meet at different homes in the region. All who are interested are welcome!

This group will help those on the Western Slope of Colorado.
