General (non-professional) weight loss surgery information and support. Open to anyone living near Seaside/Astoria, Oregon who has had, or is thinking about having some type of bariatric surgery.

Losing It For Ever is a support group that will provide a motivational coaching experience and also will be a reference for WLS patients or those that are thinking about it.  Get Up and Move will be the main focus in helping to keep it off.  So let's partner together and accomplish a life long goal, Losing It For Ever!

New Hampshire weight loss support

There is no local group, so I am starting one in Warren Ohio.  We meet once a month.  We are in the process of setting a time and date (leaning towards the first Wednesday of the month).  We share each others triumphs and failures, discuss foods to eat, our emotions, exercise and all things that are in any way connected to our surgery and our journey.
