The Ontario York Region Support Group is intended to support all people who've had or hope to have weight-loss surgery to feel healthier. Our intent is to reach out to people in York Region, but anyone is welcome. Any surgey type is also welcome.

As I sifted through several posts, I saw a common theme about people struggling (me too!) I thought a "Back to Basics" Support Group might be an answer for us to be accountable to each other and more importantly to ourselves. The concept for this group is to give a daily post about how you are going "Back to Basics" (protein first, smaller portions, exercise, etc.) All those things in the books...
