If you have 25-100+  pounds to lose, we would love to have you join us for a support group meeting in Aurora that focuses on friends discussing issues as they relate to weight ! Meetings are every Thursday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. in an office  location next to the Fox Valley Mall - in Aurora. 

There is no charge for the meetings! We talk about food addiction, reading food labels, healthy planning at the grocery store, emotinoal eating, and a bunch of other topics!
