Here is the link to the most recent Weight Wise News for April 08. I think the information that is reported in each of these newsletters is important to anyone who is trying to lose weight. Although it is Weight Wise based, please check it out!
As always, if your specific surgical program information differs from the Weight Wise protocols, please check with your program before utilizing the information. I certainly understand that all the programs are different and I want you to follow your surgeons stated path. I hope all of you are doing well! It looks like Spring is HERE finally. Storms and all!! If I don't get to post as often, please know I am still here and available for you! It is a busy time for me at the office, but I can always be reached!
