Hi there and welcome!

From the group page you can click on "discussions" and it will allow you to post your own topic there.

The raw vegan protein powder I use only has 15 grams per serving.

Sml handful of spinach

Yes, baby spinach is what I use. I use the bigger spinach when I make smoothies. Yummo!

You are too funny with your comments but hey I say looking younger is a good thing. When I tell people my real age they are shocked and think im in my early 20's lol. Funny though because when I was younger they thought I looked older now that im older they think I look younger hahaha.

I usually use baby spinach, the kind intended for salad. Pretty tender, but I don't have special digestion needs (yet).

OOOH! Thanks for sharing this is sounds like it would be very delish. I find that if I dont cook spinach very well then it is a little too fiberious/chewy stems for me to digest. I would have to make them really well done and be soft and tender.

This sounds great! I am a crunch addict I think... Sometimes I just crave to eat something that goes crunch! Lol So the idea of crisping the chips is great.
