Share Sweet Cream of Corn Soup Receipe

Hi everyone,

One of the downfalls of this surgery has been that I can not indulge in my usual sweet cream of corn soup that me and my family Love Love Love so much UNTILLLLLLLL 

I have modified one of my favorite receipes to be LOW FAT... as low as possible for a cream soup I love it and my kids love it... which makes be twice as happy.
I got the orginal receipe off of this website... http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/cream-corn-like-no-other/Detai l.aspx,,,,, U can use it to modify measurements of ingredients

This is the 12 serving receipe.... cuz my family loves the soup so much... I have a little and everyone else has alot.. LOL.. but its good and filling

2 cans sweet cream of corn
1 1/2 cups Light cream
1 1/2 cups Almond Milk
1 1/2 teaspoon of salt
6 Packets of NatraTaste ... sugar substitute... u can use equal or sweet n low... whichever you like
1/teaspoon of black pepper
3 table spoons of flour...(  this is to thicken the soup... make sure to dilute it in some of the milk or cream when its cold so it will desolve properly.
1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
3 tablespoons of I cant believe its not butter Light

I hope those who make this soup enjoy it... I have been making it since mypre op diet and I went from 262 preop weight surgery was 2/11/11 and I am now 239 so I thought today it would be safe to share the receipe.

Dont forget to check the website to make sure you have the correct measurements for the amount you want to make or if you want to make the non low fat type.
