I am settled in DH's Cape House and 2 rooms have my furniture but it just doesn't feel like my place. And truthfully if it was mine there are a lot of tweaks that I would be working on that I can't because it isn't. But I will be comfortable there. The only thing I really want to change soon is figuring out some sort of bedside table on my side of the bed. The room is so small that with one bedside table on the other side, the door opens all the way to the side of the bed so it needs to be very narrow and fit behind that door when it is open. I tried using a thing that hangs from the frame to keep my book and glasses in but it is way too far down so my stuff misses it and ends up on the floor half the time when I try to put it there just before I fall asleep.
I am not athletic at all either. I never played sports in school and the most athletic things I have done are easy classes or doing my own thing. Nothing remotely like golf.

Good dog show day... Best of Breed and group 4s in both the regular and Owner Handled groups.
EFFING WTF 207.2 this morning. Makes absolutely no sense, but it did irk the bejeebers out of me! Then perhaps in a bout of psychosomatic hysteria I had trouble eating today, which is highly unusual. I had my protein bar after showing - so sometime around noon. Around 2 pm I thought I should really eat something, but nothing looked appetizing at the show. The idea of eating the food truck food (which I generally find a guilty pleasure) was so off putting I went back to my set up and started trimming on Molly. At the set up a friend had some ice cream. I had a few bites and my gut got queasy. HIGHLY unusual. On the way home I had my second protein bar that I bring as a just in case. I've probably had just about 500 calories for the day. No Bueno! Ron is going to pick up some Afghani steak kabobs on his way home from church. That actually sounds tasty, so that's a good sign. I shall count today's lack of appetite as a blessing!
Must wash Buster out and feed dogs. It's been a long day!
Yes, DH is an avid golfer! I have my Mom's old clubs but have only practiced chipping and putting and have gone to the driving range a handful of times. Like you, I am not an athlete, my hand eye coordination sucks! I will try to take some lessons to see if I can improve!
Nice that you had a good visit with DS3!

Interesting: I'd like to hear more about who's minding the store.
The weather looks like it will be nice here too. Not Florida warm, but pleasant for April. Liz, your return to Cape Cod this year must be feeling different, as you won't be working to get your house ready for the market. And now you will live in a different town when you're there. How does this change feel? Are you at home now when you're there or still settling in?
Paula, has golfer in the family too. I'm feeling a little trepidation to try it out. I am not athletic in any way, and have flashbacks to PE disasters. But my golf clubs have been extracted from the basement, polished, and are waiting for an outing, so I'm going to give it a try.
Yes, coffee is on the schedule this morning. Its been so crowded lately that we are arriving after the ru****s no hardship, as both of us can putter around in the morning quite happily.
We are still working our way through Only Murders in the Building. We watched a few episodes last night, and will probably fini**** up this evening. Theater on the books for tomorrow evening. It's a happily relaxed weekend.
144.8 (.2#) from the tip top of my range. I have been eating just plain old crap food with total mindless impunity and it is catching up with me.
Just now caught up on all the days I've missed here. My total loss ...only reason seems to be my total lack of time management which ties into above mentioned lack of prioritizing what is and isn't daily important considerations for a happy, healthy and productive lifestyle. I have fallen into thinking that I should "get done all tasks, small or large, before doing "me".
So, instead of listening to the load of laundry calling, I'm off to refresh my coffee and visit a bi with y'all on TT!
Personal thoughts for today's meditation- Who's minding the store? and right order of daily activities that will bring growth and wellbeing.
