My skin is a lot more saggy than when I was last at this weight 5 years ago. I think it is my older age.

The second eye already! I'm sure you will feel more balanced after that. Lovely to hear that your little niece is thriving

That's such a great idea. Insurance companies don't seem to embrace that concept of donating PTO for others who need it. They allow you to carry them over from year to year as long as they don't exceed a specified amount and pay you the value when you leave though.

Just a few months to go until you are on break from now on! Thank you for participating in that protest. There were some in the local area here too that I heard about afterwards. I wish they would have some effect.

Yes, thanks for reminding me! I can donate up to 2 days, so that would be a good use for some of them.

125.7. Staying about the same. Really need to be careful to not dip much lower. I'm considerably more bony than I have been in the past, even at a similar weight. Aging, loss of muscle mass all contributing factors I'm sure.

Character Development class and church this morning. Only one Character Development class left out of 12. Well worth my time!

I'm still sore from my resistance workout on Friday. Didn't sleep well at all last night so I opted for a nap today instead of the treadmill. Tomorrow will hit it for sure!

I have quite the mix on my exercise playlist. Country, Foreigner, Jimmy Buffet, Queen and Praise and Worship music are just some of them!

Do you have the option to donate unused PTO. My hospital did this and had a PTO bank that people could apply for if they needed PTO but didn't have any left. I took advantage of the program when Ben was sick and later died. I took the whole month after his death off to grieve and get finances in order. I was so thankful to have that time and still get a partial wage! I ended up donating my leftover PTO back to the bank when I retired!

Such good news to hear the little one is doing well! And do really need to find new music when there are so many fabulous oldies to listen to? I think the newest music I have on my favorites list is Smooth by Santana. Must be 20 years old now?
