The salmon...the tuna...the fruit....total yumminousliciousness!!!! This limited food palette is one I would not soon tire of eating for an extended period of time. Enjoy!
Prayers up for a speedy, smoother navigation of DD's health care access woes (ending with a nonconcerning diagnosis). So frustrating and unnecessarily stressful---where is the fully functioning national healthcare sharing/consulting/ dr.-patient collaboration database????? I mean, if Alexa can open my garage door from 25 miles away........
That yacht looks incredible Liz! How fun! I?m with Ann, how can anyone not like salmon!
128.5, same! I?m good with that!
Had a good early birthday celebration with the fam last night. Cake was only okay, not that it any different from what it has been, my desire for that kind of food has just diminished quite a bit. I had a second small piece today and now I?m done with it! Go at it boys! We played a fun game called code names. It?s kind of like password in that your partner has to guess a word with just a one word clue.
Tomorrow I have my plastic surgery consult. Planning on a tummy tuck at minimum and a 360 circumferential lift with additional thigh lift at the most. We shall see what he thinks and how much it will all cost.
Enjoy the week ahead!
I used to play a lot of gin rummy with an ex of mine. Problem was that he didn't like to lose so we had to keep on playing if he wasn't winning!
Party on my friend, 1999 or 2025!

Happy Sunday morning. A bit dreary here in Kentucky today--just regular springtime weather.
Liz, your yachting holiday looks wonderful! But I don't know how to understand that someone doesn't like (love!) salmon! It's such a healthy, delicious dish. I wish I were there to eat all DH's leftovers. LOL!
We've already been to Home Depot and to Costco, which is enough of a chore list. The rest of today will be a lot of gin rummy, trash talk, and ****tails. Sometimes we revisit our courtship spring break behavior. ;) I am so aware all the time now that DH and I are not all that long for this world. The least 10 years have flown by, as will the next 10. So why not party like it's 1999?
Otherwise, nothing to report.

It does look like a dream! What a beautiful way to start the day. Love that it's hot. Perfect for enjoying water activities :)
The blues group we heard last night was really good. The venue was very cool. They serve an awesome French 75. A charming evening.
This morning we're going over to son's apartment for breakfast and he will make us coffees with his fancy machine. Then off for the 5 hour drive home.
Enjoy a charming Sunday!
On the boat - just had breakfast (see below). The boat is beautiful and the crew (3) are super sweet. Already hot this morning. Quite the experience so far. Like being in a dream.
Speaking of which I slept 7 hours last night so in much better shape this morning. We are going to a famous bar, then probably some snorkeling.
Food has been good for me but DH isn't eating much as dinner last night was salmon and there was also salmon on the bagels this morning (he doesn't like salmon). I'm sure it will improve from his perspective.
Have a sunny Sunday!

DD's records have been transmitted thank goodness, but the new doctors are at the better teaching hospital so they may want to repeat some things (though so far just an ultrasound and blood tests have happened successfully).

They did give her a week's worth of progesterone but no iron suggestion - I will mention that to her.

That's nuts, Liz. There are things they could give her to slow bleeding until they can see her instead of letting her suffer. Tranexamic acid or progesterone for two. Make sure she is taking iron supplements in the meantime!
