Yay for being at the top of your range! All these goals and milestones being met!
I'm now 11 lbs. down and still have 2 days before my first month is over. Will I make it to 12? Clothes are fitting better!
Grilled salmon and veggies were good last night. Tonight is sushi date night! That will be 3 nights of seafood in a row, never a problem for me!
Need to start packing up the SUV for my art show on Sunday. So much work setting up and taking down! The weather is going to be hot, hot, hot! Planning on bringing a portable fan!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Boobs! Mine were so very deflated after I lost weight with the VSG that I got implants. I asked for a C (which is what I was before losing weight) but got a DD (too big, and now really too big!). I'll be anxious to see what the weight gain did to them and my arms (which I also got fixed ) when I get to goal weight. I never did get the tummy tuck I was planning on getting and now probably never will!
So weird - I hate when they are bigger but when I got under 120 I felt like they disappeared (and I wasn't used to that). I also hate having to buy new bras.

We are about 2 hours away from Waukesha. We live in Appleton. Waukesha is where DH grew up!
Congratulations to the both of you on your delightful weight loss. And Liz, smaller boobs. I really want smaller boobs! I think that's another side effect of the Tamoxifen, they haven't reduced as much as they normally do with a 40 pound loss.
I start the long drive to get my hair cut and colored in a little while, so I'd better get some breakfast on board.
Feel better! Womanhood stinks sometimes...

Rough night! I'm exhausted. I'm marveling at my mind's inability after nearly 40 years to not connect the dots of being super cranky and emotional (everyone else's fault), eating everything in sight (meds don't work), oily skin and hair (Michigan humidity), and gaining weight (meds don't work)... And then the answer rears its ugly head only to be forgotten until another month or in my current case, 2, passes and I again see ZERO connections between all those same dots. Ah, womanhood.
Upside, I am magically down 1.8 pounds today.
I'm not planning on doing anything constructive today. Definitely taking a nap though after that decidedly facinorous night...
Hope you all have a wonderful day!

I'm sorry! How stressful to have that added burden, both financially and emotionally. I think every family has at least one similar individual that is a lightning rod for misfortune, and often (to carry on the metaphor) intentionally stands outside in a thunderstorm with a golf club pointed at the sky...
Ours is my middle cousin, though no health issues other than being bipolar (and mostly manic). Also 60, never held a job in his life. My older cousin manages his money because he will spend it all on his hobby du jour. Or weed. He has burned most family bridges.
So sorry ThinLizzy. That is a LOT! One foot in front of the other gets you forward through it.

Smart bear!
So true about nice weather being a tonic - nothing better to bring one's spirits up!
