Eating worms, well at least it is protein. I've done The Stay America Hotel in the past and it is exactly as you describe. Hope you both feel better soon, and the Stay America Hotel is quickly in the rear view mirror.
128.6. In my range! Yippy!
Upped my speed to 3.5 with 2-5% grade intervals today for 40 minutes and it felt good! I might increase the grade a bit by the end of the week. What I really should do is repeat the hard DVD with all the squats that made me sore for days!
Other than exercise, the day has been full of internet scrolling (such a time waster), bible study and laundry! Scallops with pasta for dinner. I was going to make cheesy grits but when I took the top off the grits to see if there was enough for dinner, I dropped the container and the kitchen floor and then Dyson got our dinner grits!
My heart hurts for you and the entire LGBTQ + community. I can't imagine needing a backup country to live in because mine doesn't recognize me as a human! I joked around with Trump's first election that if he were to be elected (I truly thought there was no chance in Hell) that I was going to move to Canada. That threat is sounding better to me every day (except I may have to pick someplace warmer!)
Scary times for sure.
BTW I think ALL good partners are likely "loving (and at times trying)".

Sorry you and DH are not feeling well. Hopefully you will find some fun things to do outside of your prison today! Best of luck!
210.1 - normal fluctuation I suppose.
Not much here. I was taking stock yesterday. I am a rather fortunate fellow. I have my health, I have a few dollars in the bank, my future is financially secure (as long as I manage my money and pension wisely), I have strong family ties and several ride or die friends, a loving (and at times trying) partner, and of course my dogs. I do have quite a bit to appreciate in my life.
Like Ann, I'm doing my best to navigate the changes happening at the federal level. My brother, who is a retired attorney, has suggested I look into securing dual citizenship so that if I need to, I can move to the EU without issue. I love that he is concerned about my well being and safety. I read about a gay person being refused service at an establishment in Oregon. The owner said something along the lines of we don't have to deal with your kind anymore with President Trump. That is scary stuff, IMO.
I'm practicing my German so that I can navigate Europe without using too much English. I don't want to be pegged as an American, if I can avoid it. The USA is being viewed with much distain across the EU.
Back day yesterday. Chest day today. Gotta get some grooming done, too. At least all my report card grades are done for the trimester that ended last Friday. Only one more set of report cards to do... Whoo hooo.... 57 work days remain.
Tenacious Tuesday, one and all!
I hope so! Your mama brain will be anxious if you have to deal with the not knowing while on your flight.
FYI: DD's biopsy is scheduled in an OR on 3/13. Fingers crossed that it is in the morning as we are flying to Tortola from Miami at 12:30 pm that day.
