Wow! I don't remember if I ever could do that, but I do have a friend who is in her mid-80's who can.

That was a VSG Goal for me. I have never let it slip - even when I gained back all my weight. I can lie flat on my back and get to a full standing up position without using my hands or rolling over.

Hmm... I suppose it depends how one chose to look at the breeding progression.

Here's one line: Jackson -> Ella -> Dottie -> Blitz -> Molly -> upcoming puppy

This line is my predominant line of dogs, but I also had another line that went from Jackson to a puppy named Blue who travels all the way down to Molly and Buster by way of Blue's son Ace.... It gets a little tricky to follow at times.

But let's just say I'm on the 6th generation.

Claudia set a goal of getting up off the floor without using her hands. When she finally could do it, she was so excited! I need both hands, knees, a lot of groaning, etc.

I have a picture of my dad mid-mohs and the entire side of his face is missing! Horrific. Impressive they were able to get him all put back together. It was a 9.5 hour procedure...

What about adding some flexibility and posture goals. I've always been a bit lax with posture issues-not sitting upright and walking head down and shoulders forward. My muscle memory is resistant to changing and just a few minutes after making an adjustment, I'll find myself back in the same poor position again. This habit is not going to be easy to overcome.

LOL. Currently DH is letting me baby him a bit because I want to. But yes, he fits neither category. He's definitely not a difficult sick person. When he was younger, he was the go hide kind of sick guy, but now he is pretty much in the middle of the spectrum.
