Changeover day! Cleaning was done yesterday, so today is just laundry so DH can go home with clean clothes. He is sad to leave but already has golf booked for tomorrow up north. I think Justice will miss it. Though he likes all the smells when we walk up north, he loves the warmth here. But we will return in about a month for the season, maybe more or less for the entire year.
Yesterday I didn't do a lot other than cleaning and picking up some food at the store but we did go out to eat at the restaurant on the ocean. Very enjoyable as always.
I drive DH and Justice to the airport around 6 and the girls should arrive around 6:30 or so if the plane is on time. No storms in the forecast on either end so hopefully all will go smoothly. The "boys" will have a long day though, probably not arriving home until midnight or so.
Picture below from the lanai just before sunrise. Have a thriving Thursday!

Ditto on what DD said! Getting a house ready to show is a lot of work but very satisfying (and potentially lucrative) when done.

I hope all falls into place in a way that feels meant to be for you.

Busy day today. Bible study prep, house cleaning, pool sitting with my local BFF and then to dinner with her and both of our husbands. Fun!
Well, a FL move sooner rather than later is back on the table. Our Realtor texted again saying she had an interested couple that didn't need to be moved in before late November (our earliest timeline). We will meet with her on Friday to discuss pricing and then will probably show the house the end of next week. Lots of prep to do for all of that!
I'm leading Bible study tomorrow and then I guess cleaning house, organizing stuff etc.
The first Hello Fresh meal was quite good! We went out to eat with friends tonight so further reviews will have to follow.
I have Hoka hiking shoes and like them. Worth giving it a try I think!
Sorry about the racing mind stealing your sleep. I hate when that happens!
Super cute Barbie outfit! Have fun with the girls this weekend!
I avoided Hokas because of the thick soles. I finally decided to give them a try this summer when I desperately needed new athletic shoes. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my Hokas! So much so that I now have three pair and rotate them. Super, super supportive and I have no problems with the wide foot base. I find that if anything, that wide base improves my balance. I hope you find a pair that works for you!
