I went from 2.5 to 5 on schedule - no problems. But I delayed going to 7.5 for a few weeks (injected less) because I was eating so little. I did increase to the higher dose last week as I was feeling more hungry than I was comfortable with. Still no side-effects but my appetite is suppressed again. BrownBlonde told me she never went above 2.5 and she lost a lot of weight. Might have been semaglutide (I can't remember) because she had a lot of nausea in the early weeks.

Cool and rainy this morning. The scale is bouncing around the same number. Tomorrow is my first 10mg shot. I'm ready for it. Which again makes me worry down the line as there are only two more dose increases after this one and I get used to each in about two months. At least they are running clinical trials on two higher doses. And retatrutide comes out in a few years...
No plans today, but I need to run the vacuum around. Kirby is in hog heaven with sticks from the maple trees and the fallout "crumbs" are everywhere!
I emailed the architect yesterday. I hope she's willing to help! I need to email the contractor to get on his radar for the winter too.
Dinner tonight is clean out the fridge of leftovers night.
I think that's it - I need to go jump in the shower...
DD, enjoy the zoo! The SD zoo is my favorite. And Balboa Park is beautiful. Hope the museums have some good exhibit for you! The Giant Dome Theater at the Fleet Center is kind of neat and a nice respite from the walking. They have a Comic-Con museum too, though that's not my thing, but maybe DHs?
Weight stable. I'm pleased a*****h with the weight loss so far. I think I can even see it in my face already.
Cool rainy day today. Perfect for a snuggly nap with DH. I get too many hot flashes to snuggle up at night but have no problem during the day! Dogs will nap with us anytime of the day. In fact Emma will sleep all night with me and if DH works nights will sleep with him the next day with a potty break or two in there!
Will try and scrapbook tonight. My goal is to finish one more book and then get all my stuff ready to sell! I literally have a few thousand of dollars in supplies! No way am I moving all this crap to FL. Each kid will have about 12 4 inch thick 12X12 albums to take. I've documented their entire childhoods in pictures and journaling! I have as many family albums that I will keep!
They should tailor those driving tests for the proper audience LOL. The boating tests we had to take in Florida covered a ton of stuff we never need to know (like how to identify certain vessels such as barges being towed by their running lights - how to not be a jerk on a jet ski).

It's a struggle for us all. That's why this is the place to be. Even when in regain mode staying on here helps me think daily about what I should be doing (even if I'm not). Sharing the losses and the wins with our tribe helps immensely.

I am injecting 75 units now - seems like a lot! Congratulations on being down another decade! So much easier with these meds instead of "dieting" isn't it?
Finding new adjectives is harder on some days than others but it is a bit of fun. I have also found some entirely inappropriate ones while searching...
