I do love a tuna noodle casserole. Shouldn't taste good, but it does!

I should screw up my courage and make a dental appointment too. Long overdue for a cleaning. My dentist is close to retiring, so very hard to see him. He has hired great people for his practice, but new dentists still scare me, even if I know they're good. DH has moved onto a new dentist in the practice, and he assures me ill be fine.

The school shooting saddens me deeply. Way too close to home but awful no matter where it occurs! Why isn?t preventing this a priority? So sad!!

I?m happy to share some of my favorite recipes if you would like! Tonight we are having roasted Brussels sprouts and salmon bites. (wash Brussels, cut in half, I seasoned with Tuscan seasoning and olive oil, cook on sheet pan at 400 for about 16 minutes. For the salmon, I cut up in bite sized pieces, marinated in teriyaki (I like Kikkomans) overnight. Drained the liquid and tossed with some sesame oil. Add to same sheet pan the last 8 or so minutes. Easy peasy! I?ll put pics on TT (much easier then adding pics here).

Greetings all

Another rainy day but I would not call it an atmospheric river. More like a sky dribble. Kiln unloaded today so i went to collect my stuff but did not feel like hanging around. Got a late start because DH wanted to watch the finale of Yellowstone. Ridiculous show but we were drawn in by it. All done.

After the studio I took new stuff up to the gallery. In spite of the rain there are customers. We spend quite a bit of money on holiday advertising. Got a message yesterday that the bar code scanner we bought is now going to take an $80 per month charge to work with our square POS system. I think the the whole thing is stupid and will be more work but I am not going to sweat it. I also made a stop at the PO and grocery for a few things. Sort of grocery store grazing. I get a few staples and a few impulse deli items.

Peps sounds like an icky flight. Good plan to observe the pros. Once I had a really scary landing where the 747 plane tail wagged back and forth like a giant dog just before touchdown. Applause after we landed. Anyway, we are glad you are home safe and had some good visit time. Always nice to "discover" relatives that are also fun.

So Liz you are now a golf pro!! Glad it was enjoyable for you. Sounds like you have the right companions - not taking it too seriously.

CC fox poo!!! My dogs, border terriers, are infamous for rolling in fox poo in the UK. So be glad Kirby is not so inclined. Cool that you can see the culprit. Steam oven!!! How cool is that? (or hot LOL).

DD agreed it is so sad to hear of yet another school shooting. Can't understand why the obvious steps are not taken by government. Tuna casserole. Everyone loves it but won't admit it.

Congrats Paula. You are rocking your weight. Looked fab on FB.

Hey the southwest florida eagle camera has one chick hatched and the other on the way! They are so adorable at this stage. The Redding CA eagles appear to be rebuilding their nest that fell last year.

More pot pie tonight. I might try to walk on our treadmill here since I don;t feel like going out. And I also need to get up the nerve to make dental appointments.

Yikes Peps, that flight sounds crazy. I always keep my seat belt on because I know a few people who have experienced the drop where people go flying towards the ceiling unexpectedly. I feel pretty daring when I get up to use the restroom. My aunt was on a flight with one of the unexpected drops and the poor flight attendant broke her leg when she was thrown to the floor.

So fun that you are enjoying golf Liz. Your DH must be very happy he can share that with him. My DH is hoping I can. I'm not coordinated in any way, but I will give it a try for him.

Cute fox, but nobody needs extra critter poop on their patio.

Heartbroken to hear of another school shooting. This time in a small Christian school, grades K-12 , in Madison Wisconsin. Those poor kids. I'm sure their parents picked this school because they thought it safer for their kids in multiple ways. But the madness is everywhere. There are no safe places to gather.

I was doing all day online training again. 7 hours straight isn't conducive to learning. Its just checking off boxes that I had x hours of training. But everyone knows: Too much, too fast, won't last.

I sent DH a recipe for tuna noodle hot di**** is baking in the oven right now. I'm hoping I can vet some foolproof type recipes every so often and expand his menu choices beyond frozen pizzas.

Vikings game tonight so DH will be occupied. I might make another batch of cookies. So far I've made 4 kinds. 2 more to go if I offer my regulars.

Agree with Paula, the internet tells us its a fairly common side effect, and also very annoying. Hope it subsides soon.

Wow - that's a scary flight! I only experienced one that was almost that bad but it sounds like yours was worse. I did okay mostly because DS was there (he was a child) and he was violently sick from the motion. So I was concentrating on him. I also found seeing that the flight attendants weren't nervous helped. One of them ran by and dropped off a garbage bag to use instead of the little barf bag saying that it was easier to catch it all in.

Thanks!!!! I'm glad to know the cause. Such a weird feeling. I figured it was neurological rather than dermatological. Makes sense. It's a minor side effect considering the benefit, but damn it is annoying.
