You're probably right! We leave on Sunday. 
Wow! That was quite a zoomie! Good thing nothing was broken.
Best of luck to your Dad. Post-cancer it seems that there are often scares (which hopefully turn out to be false).

Kirby's zoomies finally took me down. He was hauling tail around the yard and came by from behind me clipping my right leg. I went down. Wrist, knee, ankle all torn up. He was not sorry and tried to walk on me while I was balled up on the ground. Little jerk!
I have lunch today with an acquaintance. I'm wavering on canceling. I can feel myself stiffening up. Maybe an Advil will set me right.
We were blessed with a half an inch of rain from thunderstorms last night. One of the best Junes for rain recorded in AZ. Yay!
My dad is having a biopsy for a suspicious spot on his remaining ureter picked up on his last Pet scan. I am praying it's nothing.

What day do you leave? You do realize that your body is going to hold onto that last pound as hard as possible before it admits defeat.

200.9 UGH.... and I've been trying so hard to get this last pound off... I have been so good about my food intake. Utterly frustrating.
Today is my last "busy" day. Beginning tomorrow it will be all about packing and getting ready for the trip, whi*****ludes doing some major cleaning around here.
Luckily, my packing will be pretty easy. We don't have anything particularly fancy planned, so casual it shall be. Lots of shorts! I checked the weather as far ahead as I could. 70s and 80s for the entire trip except in Amsterdam where it is predicted to be in the 60s with some possible rain.

Weight 117.6-119
We did not do the Butterfly Farm yesterday as we weren't bored enough. We took a second walk instead. We decided to do it in combination with a lunch out some other day.
We had dinner at Wacky Wahoo where we both had excellent grouper. Love that stuff!
We have decided to do Happy Hour at a different place every night to decide which one has the best in our area. We have done the one at our resort, the one directly next door, one 3 resorts down, and on our own patio last night. Tonight we are going to try the resort next to ours on the other side. We never used to go anywhere other than our own but it is very noisy here lately and the bartenders seem to pay a lot of attention to the young women and ignore everyone else. Crabby old lady here!
Today is largely a repeat of yesterday. It is our last day more or less alone here as our friends arrive in the afternoon tomorrow. We will pick them up at the airport which is only 20 minutes away. I think we may go to a casual restaurant out on the water on the way to the airport tonight.

Congratulations on moving on in such a positive way! Is it possible that you will lose some more weight now that you are off the medication?

I will have to look for that song. Yes, one has to sit in the shade and umbrellas don't provide enough. The palapas (called chickees here) provide a lot more shade.
