Sending report of stunningly beautiful weather these last few days: seeing most everyone is experiencing the best of what late summer has to offer. I am down for this for the next couple of months save one exceedingly viscous freezing night so to kill all misquotes and their offspring grave yard dead.
Nothing much planned for the rest of the day except to show up for a wedding rehearsal. DH and I part of the program/usher crew. Dinner after at a restaurant we've not been to yet. There isn't a whole lot of choice in our neck of the woods and, frankly I can concoct and prepare a better menu than much of the fare offered around.
Wedding is tomorrow and while I'm happy for the brides, will be relieved to lose a seemingly endless amount of communication of silly minutiae ( such as reminders to be sure and steam the vests). I can only imagine what the participants of the main wedding party are enduring. I am sure the wedding will be lovely.
Enjoy the moment, all.
I was never good at meal planning and prep (at least since I retired), so it didn't change that much for me.

Sounds like a great book club!

165.8, the same as it was on Wednesday when I weighed. Warm and cloudy today. Did some grocery shopping this morning, otherwise not much on the docket for today. I guess we lead pretty boring lives. Hopefully that will change once we are both retired! Grandma is fairly immobile so not much to do with her that doesn't involve pushing her in a wheelchair. I've asked Vale to go with us to the Botanical Gardens over the weekend.
Grilled shrimp with peppers and onions in a sweet and sour sauce over rice for dinner. Like I mentioned before, meal planning and preparation is much more difficult when on the GLP 1's!
So glad the 12.5 is working well for you!
What's with Kirby not retrieving balls from the water? That's what that breed was born to do (well, maybe ducks instead of balls, but you get what I mean!) Silly dog!
Glad your book club meeting was interesting. Ben loved reading and would do Christian related book clubs with our Pastor. He was forever a deep thinker and loved debating those poorly understood religious tenets. Man I miss him!
Agreed: 63 is hardly elderly. That's how the news report first charactarized this missing woman. She was taken to the hospital but is fine. Probably dehydrated. I am hoping her family gets some sort of tracking device as they are pretty good these days. DS

It's a nice feature when you start a new weight loss journey and want to see, at the rate you're losing, when you'll get to your goal weight. I doubt they had yo-yo'ers like me who log their weight for years in mind! It's been as high as the 2050's!!
That's a hilariously weird feature of your weight tracker! LOL!
