Just lost my entire post and don't know why (it just disappeared)!
117.6 - still low but my tummy was off yesterday so I didn't eat a lot.
Busy day yesterday, but today is only golf with the ladies in the morning. I am already being pressured by them to add an additional day of golf but am resisting. I feel like I have enough activities these days (4 days) and would rather spend time with my husband. I think it is different for me because we have been married such a short time compared to the rest.
Tonight may be chicken wings for DH at his favorite spot but I struggle to find something I like there (I don't like chicken wings). Everything else is too junky or too large. I often up with a portobello wrap which tastes good but doesn't have much protein. I may have to make up for that earlier in the day.
Have a thematic Thursday!

126.2 lbs.
Yesterday I goofed around in the morning, so didn't eat breakfast. Then I was running around town all afternoon, so missed lunch--except for two bites of giveaways at Costco (something with meat and cheese and dough, then chocolate bark). By dinner I was hungry, then felt a bit nauseated afterward. Tummy is a little weird still this morning, and I'm sticking close to the bathroom. Could be a little bug or just being tired of Kroger deli chicken salad.
Today will include more searching for cabinet thingamabobs.
More stuff for the house keeps arriving, and the garage is stuffed with boxes of things that haven't yet been installed. I think I need a mini-vacation from The House. Stepdaughter wants me to consider playing tennis or pickleball! I don't think that'll work out, but stranger things have happened.
One thing I am loving is my nearly daily yoga time. I'm focusing mostly on stretching right now and loving it. I will always always appreciate my great yoga teacher I had in Missouri. She was awesome!

133.8. I've lost 5 lbs since last Friday. I don't think I've ever been so sick before! Ate one cheese stick today and going to try for another. A friend is bringing over some chicken noodle soup for us. Thank goodness!
Two extra strength Tylenol every 6 hours is allowing me to get some rest. Body aches lessoning but sore throat is worse. Feels like I am eating shards of glass every time I swallow. Not fun at all!
Not a great way to lose weight :(

Paula, I knew you were sick, but somehow forgot that you guys had tested positive for Covid.
Three years ago Hubby lost 10 pounds after his bout with Covid, and the weight never came back. Here's to your Covid weight loss hot coming back either.

213.9 - my reaction was to flip off the scale with hutzpuh! Frankly, I was pissed. I was perfection on a flipping plate yesterday as far as food, water, and exercise was concerned, plus I got up twice to pee last night. I was not expected a .4 uptick on the scale. MFer!
In the scale's defense, I did do a full hour + workout on my legs yesterday. I did leg presses, Roman Deadlifts, Leg extensions, Leg curls, single leg hack squats, and calf raises. Finished up with alternating rear delt flies and some tricep push downs. I could already feel a twinge of soreness in my glutes this morning, so it could be water retention for reparation purposes, but still I'm going to whine about the number on the scale.
I am on the highest dose of tirzepatide, so that is why I said I think I need to buckle down and diet. I can't emphasize enough that I don't have intense hunger issues on this dose, but I am having to deal with the most difficult, deepest roots of my eating disorder, which is hard as F*%K! And as I reduce my weight I need fewer calories to maintain my weight. I am approaching (or may have come to) the part of weight loss where I start to feel deprived. Deprivation is an MAJOR emotional trigger for me and can put. my eating disorder in turbo charge mode!
The only negative side effect I have with the tirzepatide with regularity is an increase in flatulence (embarrassing and annoying) and occasionally that weird skin "pain". So, the idea of upping past 15 mg has crossed my mind. I really wouldn't mind trying a 17.5 mg dose, but won't do it on my own.
Wishing Paula and CC's dad speedy recoveries! Hope the rest of us stay healthy.
Not much else to report other than the same old, same old.
