120.7 - almost 1 pound lower than yesterday. Hopefully getting back into a normal routine will get me back where I have been the last few months. Injection tonight (1/2 day late).
Another cold, not busy day yesterday, reading and watching a documentary on TV. I had chicken soup from the deli for lunch. Good, but not the best I have had. A deli near us in Florida has much better soup. We had dinner at a Greek restaurant with great food last night. Also a warm ambiance with low lighting, wood paneled walls, and a wood bar. Quite nice. I wish we had more restaurants like that in Florida. There are lots of restaurants but at most the food is mediocre or the atmosphere is just ok. Surprising to me as we live in a relatively affluent area.
I am so looking forward to getting home tonight. Hopefully we will be there by 7. Though the kids have been great we have hardly seen them except between activities. And they are now both at the stage where interaction with adults is kept to a minimum. Makes DH sad as this is new for the younger one (just turned 13).
Weird dream last night! I dreamed I was back at work but leaving so I had to clear out all kinds of junk. Way more stuff than I ever really had at work. Maybe because the house here is super cluttered? I feel judgy about that but I really have a hard time with clutter. I made my kids keep it in their rooms with a closed door. Here it is everywhere though it is clean. I'm guessing this is what DH's home used to be like because he doesn't even seem to see it. He stays much neater largely because he doesn't have a lot of stuff and maybe because I make sure everything has a proper place and if he doesn't put it there I will. Very OCD of me, I know. BTW, I didn't get this way until I had my own apartment. My room as a teenager was several inches deep in junk and clothing on the floor. And I have gotten worse (better?) over the years because I used to have messy closets, drawers and basements (wherever I couldn't see), but since I retired I feel the need to have it all organized. DSD is a single Mom working a demanding job and shuttling the kids everywhere so not a lot of time to keep things neat.
SIL arrives tomorrow morning for a week in Florida. A difficult travel for her as she has been suffering with cracks in her spine and now a crack in a rib. Partially because of osteoporosis but the treatments she has had for lung cancer over the last 6 years may have contributed to her bone brittleness. She is getting a ride to a hotel at the airport tonight and will have the shuttle driver lift the bag in and out for her tomorrow morning. We will take care of her bag on the Florida end. I really admire how she doesn't let anything hold her down. Her house is always pristine BTW, though she has had to modify a lot of activities lately and have help on some.
Another boring day coming up since 1/2 is here at the house and 1/2 on the plane. But then we are back on the move tomorrow. Have a waggish Wednesday!

You can't make everyone happy. My waist circumference is above the "acceptable for a woman" 35 inches because I am tall and not waifish and built like a ruler with zero discernible waist despite a flat stomach. And my waist to hip ratio is bad because I have absolutely no hips or butt. I can pull jeans off without buttoning or unzipping! So I would be back to obese with no way to improve without BMI.
